• These terms and conditions apply between the Vodafone Egypt Foundation for Community Development (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”) and the participants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

• By participating in the World Youth Day competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) on the Ta3leemy platform, a platform that provides free interactive content to develop successful individuals who keep pace with technological advancements to support Egypt’s digital future (hereinafter referred to as “Ta3leemy”), participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, conduct, results, or any other matters related to the competition, Vodafone’s decision shall be final, and no discussions or correspondence will be accepted in this regard.

Eligibility:

• Participants must be registered on Ta3leemy.

• Participants must be at least 16 years old. • All Vodafone employees and employees of any affiliated company or institution are prohibited from participating in the competition, as are their relatives up to the fourth degree (directly or indirectly), or from winning any of its prizes.

How to Participate in the Competition:

• Register on the Ta3leemy platform and register for the International Youth Day competition.

• Once registered, complete at least three of the thirty-one courses available on Ta3leemy and then complete the test after the end of each course.

• After completing all stages of the courses, taking the tests, and obtaining the certificates, go to the competition section on the platform and fill out the form in the description with the following information:

– Participant’s name.

– Participant’s phone number.

– The courses completed.

– A description of the main points learned from the courses.

– Uploading the course completion certificates to the platform.

• Then, the participant clicks the “Submit” button to submit the form.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The first five participants with the highest cumulative scores across the three courses will win.

Competition Period:

• The competition runs from July 15, 2024, to July 27, 2024 (“Competition Period”).

Prize Details:

• Each winning participant, according to the eligibility criteria mentioned, is entitled to one of the prizes offered by the Vodafone Egypt Foundation for Community Development for this competition, as follows:

– Five winners will receive a tablet.

– Winners will be contacted by phone. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen in their place.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All terms and conditions of the competition must be met.

• Winners must be registered on the Ta3leem platform and must confirm that all information provided is accurate. In the event that any participant wins a prize and it is proven that they provided incorrect information, Vodafone reserves the right to disqualify them from the winners and withhold the prize. Vodafone has the sole discretion to determine the accuracy of the information provided by the participant.

• The determination of the accuracy of the information provided by the participant is at its sole discretion. • Vodafone’s decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final, binding, and enforceable. Vodafone reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. No participant shall have the right to seek recourse against Vodafone or file any legal claims against Vodafone or claim any compensation as a result of such amendment or cancellation.

• The winner may not assign or transfer the prizes. Should this occur, Vodafone reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner.

• Vodafone shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any participant entering the competition or resulting from accepting the prize. The participant agrees and undertakes not to make any claim against Vodafone, its affiliates, sponsors, or related parties regarding any loss, injury, or psychological damage that may result from not being entitled to or winning the prize, or any rights, claims, or actions of any nature whatsoever arising from participation in the competition, acceptance or use of the prize, and/or any other aspect related to the competition and/or these terms and conditions.

• Participation in the competition does not grant the participant the right to use the Vodafone name, logo, or images related to the competition without obtaining explicit written consent. The participant may not issue any public advertisements related to the prize or any other aspect of this competition without prior Vodafone approval. Any violation of this condition will entitle Vodafone to withhold prizes from the participant or to withdraw prizes from the winner immediately and without prior notice, at Vodafone’s sole discretion.

• The winning participant undertakes to be able to attend in person upon being notified of their win. In the event that any circumstance prevents them from attending to receive the prize, the prize will be awarded to another winner.

• Upon receiving the prize, the participant must present their national ID card. The winner must also sign a receipt acknowledging the prize. Vodafone reserves the right to announce the winners’ names through various media outlets. Vodafone also reserves the right to publish data, images, and any footage, in any manner it deems appropriate, on any terrestrial, satellite, or digital television broadcasting channel, or through social media, radio, telephone, mobile, digital content, newspapers, broadcasting, digital or electronic publishing, and other advertising and broadcasting channels, for any duration and any number of times, without any maximum time limit. This applies both within and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, without objection from the participant, and without Vodafone claiming any financial or moral rights related to such publication, broadcasting, or airing. Vodafone bears no responsibility in this regard.

Each participant is entitled to win only once.

Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for winning the prize.
